At the Knot we will be happy to discuss with you in details your wedding plans.

On line consultations are free and released during our working hours:

Italy from 9:30am to 1pm – from 3pm to 6pm – Monday to Friday.

On-site inspections are subject to a working hours fee and it will include a 6 hours meeting with a wedding planner showing 4 locations in the same region and day. Fee will include transport for the wedding planner & taxes. A car rental is recommended for moving from one venue to another; on site inspection fees are not refundable and at the end of the site inspection you will receive a receipt of payment.

In the event you found the right venue for you during our on-site inspection, we will ask you to sign an OFFICIAL CONTRACT. Services stated in the contract will be considered booked only once the deposit required will be sent.

Our wedding planner fees start from Euro 2500,00 for a wedding organization for max 80/100 guests up to max 3500,00 for a wedding organization for more than 100 guests and including the legal assistance for the documents for a legally recognized ceremony.
